WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For health and hygiene purposes we are unable to return anything due to change of mind. If what you have purchased is damaged or faulty please email us at funkears.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and some quick pics so we can attend to your issue ASAP.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payment through most major bank cards or through PayPal. We believe these are the most secure methods of payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

It takes 1-3 business days for us to dispatch our products. From there, our friends at Australia Post will do the shipping. As we are all aware, Australia Post is experiencing some delays due to COVID-19, so it may take a bit longer. Be sure to keep an eye through your tracking number.

CAN I PURCHASE GIFTS?

Any of our stuff can be turned into gifts! If you are shipping directly to the special someone, let us know and we can pop in a special message for you.

ARE THESE MADE IN AUSTRALIA?

Yes! We are a business based in Melbourne. Everything is made and shipped out of our little house, so you know you are supporting small local business.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course we do! There is just a flat fee of $10 on top of our usual prices to ship anywhere outside of Australia. Unfortunately, Australia Post has halted shipping to some countries due to COVID-19, so be sure to message us to double check we can still ship to you at the moment.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM EARRINGS?

Currently we are unable to make custom earrings as we are just getting started, there are many different types of earrings and mediums we need to learn first! However, still feel free to ask as we are learning new things every day and we may be able to help you.
